Supply and installation of non-woven geotextile made from polypropylene. The unit weight is 200 grams per sqm, (as per Technical specifications enclosed.). The non-woven geotextile shall be procured from those agencies / firms that exists in India for minimum 20 years (certificate of incorporation shall be submitted as documentary proof along with the tender) and shall have ISO 9001:2015 certification for the last 15 years, shall have ISO 45001:2018 certification with an average turnover of INR 60 Crores in last 3 years.

Supply of Filter Point TechRevetment (Type FP 400) Fabric Form for Concrete Lining (as per Technical Specifications enclosed). The Filter Point TechRevetment (Type FP 400) Fabric Form shall be procured from those agencies / firms that exists in India for minimum 20 years (certificate of incorporation shall be submitted as documentary proof along with the tender) and shall have ISO 9001:2015 certification for the last 15 years, shall have ISO 45001:2018 certification with an average turnover of INR 60 Crores in last 3 years and the agencies / firms shall have successfully completed at least two embankment protection project (wet and/or dry) during last five years for which contract agreement or case study or completion certificate shall be submitted along with the tender as documentary evidence. The fabric for the Filter Point TechRevetment (Type FP 400) Fabric Form shall be made in India.

Supply of Articulating Block TechRevetment (Type AB 600) Concrete Lining Fabric Form with bi-directional cables(as per technical specifications enclosed). The TechRevetment Articulating Block (Type AB 600) Fabric Form with bi-directional cables shall be procured from those agencies / firms that exists in India for minimum 20 years (certificate of incorporation shall be submitted as documentary proof along with the tender) and shall have ISO 9001:2015 certification for the last 15 years, shall have ISO 45001:2018 certification with an average turnover of INR 60 Crores in last 3 years and the agencies / firms shall have successfully completed at least two embankment protection project (wet and/or dry) during last five years for which contract agreement or case study or completion certificate shall be submitted along with the tender as documentary evidence. Providing , Supplying and Pouring of Grout in Articulating Block Fabric Form as mentioned in Cl. No. 3 (above) using Grout mix , that shall mix shall exhibit a minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm at 28 days, when made and tested in accordance IS: 516. The sand/cement ratio shall be determined by the readymix manufacturer and shall be on the order of 2.4:1. The water/cement ratio shall be determined by the readymix manufacturer, but generally shall be on the order of 0.7 along with suitable grout pumping aid, includingunderwater divers for fixing the Fabric Form in position as per approved drawings or as per the directions of Engineer – in – Charge.

Mass concrete of M-20 grade 1:1.5:3 nominal mix for anchoring of Articulating Block fabric form mattress

Supply of TerraAnchor of 1.4MT capacity and 3m long galvanized strand as per detailed drawings. The TerraAnchor shall be procured from those agencies / firms that exists in India for minimum 20 years (certificate of incorporation shall be submitted as documentary proof along with the tender) and shall have ISO 9001:2015 certification for the last 15 years, shall have ISO 45001:2018 certification with an average turnover of INR 60 Crores in last 3 years and the agencies / firms shall have successfully completed at least one TerraAnchor project during last five years for which contract agreement or case study or completion certificate shall be submitted along with the tender as documentary evidence. The TerraAnchor shall be made in India

Installation of TerraAnchor including all tools, tackles and fuel complete as per drawings.

Supply , filling and placing of Sand Filled , EC (Empty Cement Bags ) as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge

Placing , spreading and laying of TechrRvetment grout filled mattress under water using a team of trained divers , under strict supervision , as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.
