Regular Door to Door Collection of Grabage, Cleaning of ROW and regular cleaning of drains at Industrial Area Dudu,Jaipur

Collection of domestic waste garbage and non-industrial solid waste generated from all allottees of entire industrial area on daily basis from door to door of allottees by suitable commercial vehicle with hopper arrangement. The contractor shall clear garbage / waste etc from the dustbins installed in the industrial area on regular basis The waste collected will be transported and disposed of in proper manner by the agency at its own level and cost, to the designated place of local bodies or as per directions of engineer in-charge outside the Industrial area. Work to be executed as per Terms and conditions and as per the scope of work and direction of EIC.

Desilting cleaning of existing effluent storm water carrying drainage (open drain / Nallah / disposal drain) of Industrial areas. The scope of work includes regular cleaning of drains upto bed level of the drain complete in all respect to ensure the uninterrupted flow in the drainage system of Industrial Area throughout the year. The work also includes proper disposal of Sludge/Silt/ Garbage etc and transportation of the same with all due care to a suitable ultimate disposal site or outside the Industrial area with all lead and lift as per the direction of Engineer in charge. The adjoining sides of the drain should be properly cleaned and dressed after removal of the Sludge/Silt/ Garbage etc as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 of RFP document and directions of EIC.Note: Complete desilting of drains, approaches & CD works shall be done at-least twice in a year. However, uninterrupted flow in drains shall be maintained throughout the year. Cross section of Drain for Unit lengthAverage width uoto 1.2 Height upto 1.5 m

Regular Cleaning and upkeeping of all ROW area of roads including sweeping of road carriageway, jungle clearance & dressing of roadsides by Mechanised/manual means with all T&P, labour etc. The scope of work shall include : a) Cleaning/sweeping of road carriageway by mechanical/manual means b) Clearing of jungle/vegetation from roadsides &lifting, removal and disposal of waste/dust/earth collected by cleaning/sweeping from roadside area (complete RoW) by engaging wheelbarrow / trolly as per requirement of site. c) Dressing of roadsides by mechanical/manual means & removal of unsuitable soil, overburden etc. complete ensuring that proper slope towards the storm water drain from road carpet as well as plot boundary is maintained so that there is no accumulation of water in RoW. d) Any other work related to maintaining cleanliness in RoW and as directed by engineer-in-charge complete in all respect as per the scope of work and directions of EIC. e) Clearing / cleaning of the dust/ garbage bins on regular basis is to be executed by the contractor. f) The Transportation of the garbage / unsuitable soil / malba etc. is to be handled with all due care to a suitable ultimate disposal site or outside the Industrial area with all lead and lift by the contractor at his own level as per the direction of Engineer in charge. All works are to be executed as per the scope and direction of Engineer in charge.
