Taking down the electric Geyser of capacity 25 ltrs/ 50 ltrs carefully from its installed position by disconnecting inlet and outlet water pipes, electrical connections, dismantling the unit, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and refixing in its original position and reconnecting the inlet/ outlet water pipes and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of following items in repairs, suitable for single phase, 230 Volts, 50 Hz for existing type electric Geyser of capacity 25/50 ltrs:-

(a) Heating element 1500 watts push/ thread type porcelain / Circular / triangular type as required at site.

(b) Thermostat as per the existing type.

(c) Indication lamp red/ green.

(d) Fusible plug

Taking down the electric geyser of capacity 25 Ltrs / 50 ltrs carefully from its installed position by disconnecting inlet and outlet water pipes, dismantling the unit, taking out the inner leaking copper shell, brazing the copper shell, testing for leaks, re-assembling the geyser including provision of additional glasswool as required, refixing in position, testing for functionality and commissioning.
