Repairs to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water,scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5kg per 10Sqm puting in premixed bituminous macadam wall rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10sqm ,blended with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping , 6.3 mm size and again well rammed depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam with binder content @ 4% by weight to total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitmen of VG-30 grade complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick in two layers of 75 mm thick each layer(Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarsed stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required.

Preparing Unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L forApplying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration at 10 Kg. Per 10 Sq. Metres.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade, 30 mm consloidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of black bituminous road surfaces and applying termo plastic road marking paint minimum 2 mm thick with an application machine and heated mixer with stirring mechanism at temperature 160 degree celcius laid uniformly and as directed paint confirming to IS-3262 Part-I & II of 1989 etc, complete all as per manufacturers instructions, all as complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete kerb stone type B1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) with plain fair faces, includng chamfers, weathering throating etc and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joint to match , including demolition of old kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of brick, stone, concrete asbestos or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint ( plaster coat) complete
