TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS AT HQTC BANGALORE

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms & conditions contained in or referred to in the Schedule 'A', Schedule 'B', MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2009 (Part-I)-Specifications & MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2020 (Part-II)-Rates, General Conditions of Contracts IAFW-2249, 1989 Print) and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule for the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule at the percentage quoted. Applicability of the SSR shall be as under :- (a) MES SSR Part - I, 2009 (Specifications) together with the amendment No.1 to 3 (b) Part-II (2020) (here-in-after referred to as the MES Schedule) together with amendment/errata Nos as applicable to the above said schedule Notes:- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 5th row and under column 'F' of this BOQ Excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or Less (-) to quote the percentage above or below SSR Part-II 2020 (Rates), if '0'percentage quoted the same shall be treated as par with SSR Part-II 2020 (Rates). (iii) Amount inserted by the MES at 3rd row under column 'BA' and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
