Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil , setting out true to the required line, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met with in the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailling out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and disposal all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping site including its stacking leveling dressing including all lead and lifts by head load, mechnical transportation or by any oyher mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HP PWD specification. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceble meterial shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all case. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in all work upto plinth level with cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. 15 mm cement plaster in two coats backing coat 10 mm and finishing coat 5 mm thick on fair side of brick masonry/stone masonry/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arries, internal rounded angles, chamers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finishing even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement: 4 sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 40mm thick plan framed panling with necessary screws/priming coat on undecorated surface with surface etc. complete first class deodar wood as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Applying wax polish on new wood and wood based surface with bees wax polish in proportion of 2:1.50 etc two give an even surface that is clearing the surface of all durt dust and prepared smooth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hositing, fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. (in Proch Gate) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero decimal six millimetre) thick prepainted sheets of TATA Duro shine/ Reliance/ Jindal in roofing over steel trusses of coloured materials or equivalent prepainted single skin trapezoidal profiled sheeting 0.60 (zero decimal six) millimetre thickness having 1060mm (one thousand sixty millimetre) cover width over all width 1126mm, 28mm (One thousand one hundred twenty six, twenty eight millimetre)crest depth at 353+/- 2 c/c crest distance having two ribs at the centre for stiffering having crest depth of 2.5mm (two decimal five millimetre) the main crest width at top 25mm (twenty five millimetre) and at lower 81mm (eighty one millimetre) base metal of cold rubed sheet oil with zinc coated top coat with regular modified polyster coating of approved shade and blancing reverse coat with polister paint and shall be fixed with self drilling and self tapping screws of 5.5mm (five decimal five millimetre) dia and 55mm (fifty five millimetre) long with EPDM seal. The material supplies will be accompanied with text certificates and 20 years warranty against corrossion ,fading of colour and manufacutring defect from the company as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm over of 0.60mm (zero decimal six millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet ridge (factory made) with hot dip metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster( RMP) organic coat 20mm (twenty millimetre) microns over 5 microns pruner and back coat of polister of 5 microns over 5 microns priming coating sheet fixed with self drilling and self tapping screw of 5.5mm (five decimal five millimetre) dia. The material supplies will be accompanied with text certificates and 20 years warranty against corrossion ,fading of colour and manufacutring defects from the company as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. White washing with lime on undecorated all surface two coasts to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other forgein matter as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Painting steel work with Deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade two or more coats applied at the rate 0.90 ltr. (zero decimal nine litre) per 10 sqm. (ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied at the rate 0.80 (zero decimal eight) litre per 10 sqm.
