Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with 50 mts lead complete job.

Cement Plaster (in fine Sand) (a) 12 mm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2mm thick

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Exterior Finishing Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:.Old work (one or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)complete

Supplying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufracture on wall surface

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Renewing glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty Float glass panes of thickness 4.00 mm (weight not less than 10 kg /sqm)

Provision for electrical sanitary works and other contingencies as required by Wildlife Department to be paid as per actual at LMR/SSR rates whatever will be lower.The contractor concerned shall submit the detailed estimate for the same based on the JKSSR/LMR as per the requirement of the Wildlfe Protection Departmenti
