M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, fair surface, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , including taking down cement plaster built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces, applying wall care putty 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over primer on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. M&L preparation of old painted surface of wood & wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and apply one coat of syn enamel paint.

All as per Srl item No 83 above but on steel/ iron surfaces.

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
