REPAIR/MAINT OF VCB, TRANSFORMER, HT UG CABLE O/H ACSR CONDUCTOR AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN DARBHANGA UNDER GE AF BIHTA

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and exc.1.5m & upto 3.0m in depth for foundation of stay/ pole and etc and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete all as specified as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified as directed.

M&L of locally available river sand in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under & above the cables including punning around cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type-1, flate, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" 80mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc from 11 mtr , 11 KV HT pole of any size & any type including cross arms, brackets & anti climbing divices and making smooth and even surface then painting with one coat of anti rust paint and two coat of superior quality aluminium paint on entire exposed portion of pole structure and writing Abbreviated feeder name in 2 " size with white paint on black base complete all as specified and directed. (work shall be completed in the stipulated period as directed by Engineer -in-charge).

M&L for scrubbing out old paint external surfaces of HT 2 pole structures consisting of cross arms, GOD assy with pipe, DO fuse assy, clamps etc., of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by mannualy (Except PCC/RCC Pole) complete all as specified and directed. This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned inthe structures & Each job will be measured and paid.
