Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying factory made un-reinforced PCC precast cable covers class HV, type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC underground cable with tibba sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose

Taking out old unserviceable HT cable size 185 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed

M&L pre-stressed cement concrete poles in repair, 11 metre long with minimum cross section 152 mm x 152 mm at top and minimum cross section 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class-9, conforming to IS-1678 etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The necessary excavation, returning, filling and PCC shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor.

Dismantling and taking down existing HT insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Disc type insulator, Porcelain, vitreous brown, white or green single disc assembly, 145mm high & 255mm dia ball & socket type, for tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pin type, porcelain, vitreous brown, white or green insulator (HT), 150mm height and 150 mm dia, 11000 volts grade including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of post insulator with GI post for holding fixed/moving contact assembly suitable for Air break gang operated switch 200 Amps, 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing or laying in repair galvanised 100 mm bore steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of underground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including connected to galvanised earth lead wire/strip 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete. NOTE:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.00 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Quoted shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip. S&F of metallic (brass/alloy steel) fixed contact set single pole including fixing screwed nuts and washers suitable for air break gang operated switch of cap 200/400 amp 3 pole 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of metallic (brass/ alloy steel) moving contact set single pole including screws, nuts and washers suitable for air break gang operated switch of capacity200/400 Amp 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of flexible copper straps including fixing screws, nuts and washers suitable for air break gang operated switch 200/400 amps 11000 volts for single phase complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of trolley mounted step down transformer of any capacity at location of defective transformer and connecting to HT cable 11000 volt in coming from existing source and LT cable to exiting outgoing LT panel / OH conductor on pole, followed by shifting the same to MES store yard after disconnecting all the cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: T&P required for loading, unloading, shifting transporting the trolley mounted transformer back to E/M yard is deemed to be inclusive of the quoted rate.

M&L for Dehydration /filtration of transformer oil existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 60 KV filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Pre-heated oil shall be topped up as required at site before the process; oil will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer installed/ at site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength >60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed containerand empty barrel of transformer oil will be deposited by contractor in E/M store yard.

M&L for disconnecting of defective transformer (indoor/outdoor type) 11KV/433 volts copper/ Aluminium wound from power mains and dismantling the same from 2/4 pole structure/ platform mounted and transporting the same to authorised workshop and opening the transformer cover, draining out of transformer oil and keep safely for reuse after filtration, assembling, removing of the burnt parts ie tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts including taking out HT/LT leg coil core tank and cooling tubes, painting the inner side tank by zinc chromate paint and preparing the same for re-assembling after carrying out required repair and installation on existing 2/4 pole structure/ platform with necessary fixing arrangement including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and specified in particular specification of the following capacity :-

(a) 63 KVA to 125 KVA capacity

(b) 150 KVA to 250 KVA capacity

(c) 315 KVA to 400 KVA capacity

M&L for painting of outer body of transformer of following capacity applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of specified colour by spraying painting complete including preparation of old surfaces, removing, cleaning of oil, grease,dirt all as specified and directed of following capacity :-

M&L in repair for refilling fresh Silica Gel into the breather complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of HT Jumper not more than 2 metre long on existing Two Pole/four Pole Structure of transformer/Junction point etc including using winding of ACSR Conductor (Weasel) 11000 Volt, including PG clamp Nut Bolts, Thimbles and washer etc as requirement as per site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface Dressing/Cleaning of various 11/33 KV sub-stations and fencing free from vegetation of any type once in months for entire contract period including trimming of tree branches, bushes, creepers etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- quoted rates per sqm shall be for cleaning of one year with frequency of 2 Months.

Supplying and spreading of stone aggregate 40 mm size around transformer plinth, two/ four pole structure and HT yard etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, bracing, support, clamps, nut & bolt of mild steel channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work such as angle iron fencing post struts and flat iron fillets etc of grade Fe-310-0, including drilling holes, punching, splitting ends to secure chain link fencing or fixing of barbed wire to posts including all necessary cutting, welding drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including bands strap support for chain link, steel screw as required,flat iron strip fixed to secure the fencing on posts complete and rolled mild steel Framed work as in Gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete GDE Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 including taking down old fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of chain link fencing of size 80mm x 80mm, 4mm dia including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire and taking out old fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling damaged/ perished locking arrangement of GOD and making new locking arrangement with provision of 65mm Godrej lock with 2 keys complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for calibration and setting of protection relays of any make or type fitted on11 KV VCBs (details given below) as per IS and code of practice to ensure NO ERROR including setting for each fault over current with trip time delay in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site including synchronizing of the setting to ensure that fault shall not travel to nearest source feeder including minor repairs, replacement of wiring etc, if required all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. (a) Incoming VCB 11 KV – 03 Nos. (b) Outgoing VCB 11 KV – 09 Nos

NOTE: (i) The calibration and setting must be completed with in 30 days from the date of commencement to avoid any major break down. (ii) The calibration and setting shall be carried out by only qualified and experienced engineer. (iii) The relay setting shall be carried out once in a three month as per load and site conditions to avoid and any fault travel to next adjacent source breaker and shall be monitored regularly. (iv) For payment purpose the payment for calibration & setting of relay twice in 06 months is considered as each job. The cost of monitoring is also included in the item rate. (v) Calibration Certificate of authorised person should be submitted after calibration/ setting the VCBs.

M&L for disconnecting electric supply and overhauling / servicing of VCB of any make/ capacity including trolley of VCB, electro mechanical components, etc. by cleaning & removing dust particles from body, isolating contacts, moving parts, particularly from bus bar chamber, gear mechanism, motor charge spring mechanism, tightening of nuts & bolts of all components in entire mechanism and re-inserting VCB in trolley, re-connecting to load, re-commissioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Cost of fixing of parts replaced are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for cutting the gas chamber and refilling for SF6 gas as suitable for RMU 3 way (Three SF6 breakers VCBs) and rewinding properly and leakage testing as per IP 67 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 11 KV resin cast Bushing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable Boot set for breakers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fault locating machine for fault finding on requirement for HT/LT cables of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.
