In repair of 2 to 3 HP pumpset (including motor) by taking out from foundation, dismounting from base channels, strip opening all parts, derusting, cleaning, overhualing, etc for complete repair/ replacement of spare parts such as impeller, shaft, winding, bearings, coupling, body, etc and after repair/ replacement, reassembling of pumpset mounting and fixing on base channel, recoupling of suction & discharge line, realignment, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

In repair of 0.5 to 1 HP pumpset (including motor) by taking out from foundation, dismounting from base channels, strip opening all parts, derusting, cleaning, overhualing, etc for complete repair/ replacement of spare parts such as impeller, shaft, winding, bearings, coupling, body, etc and after repair/ replacement, reassembling of pumpset mounting and fixing on base channel, recoupling of suction & discharge line, realignment, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling following spare parts of submersible pump and motor of cap 5 /3 HP and separating the unserviceable parts cleaning the serviceable parts, re-metalling machinery polishing and re-assembling including replacement of old parts and necessary painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Old unserviceable parts replaced will be measured and paid separately.

Carrying out top overhauling to the DG set 320 KVA, 3 Phase 440 volts Make Kirloskar by decarb opening/cleaning cylinder head, valves, rocker arms, plungers, head gaskets packing sets turbo chargers by replacing the piston oil/lubricant compression rings complete, top cover head and cam shift rockers arm gaskets matching of heads valves seat if required for all 12 cylinder and repairs to lubrication and cooling system, by rectifying defects removing of the defective parts for complete replacing defective/damaged metal clamps/rubber houses/dampers/packing pads/gaskets/manifolds/vibration dampers/pipe lines and minor corroded accessories completely required and making necessary control wiring for low lube oil high water temperature, oil pressure gauges/sensors by replacing the defective parts and testing of the DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and top up Engine Oil SAE 15W/40 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: HP/Indian oil/Castrol.

Supply and top up Engine Oil SAE 20W/40 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: HP/Indian oil/Castrol.

Supply and re-filling of coolant in sealed pack. suitable for capacity 62.5KVA to 600 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Valvoline /Castrol super/equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and re-filling of distilled water in sealed pack, suitable for battery of capacity 62.5KVA to 600 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement battery acid as per sample,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Battery terminal with bolt & nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Engine start push button green suitable for any capacity of DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the broken door of sound proof canopy of the DG set ranging from 500/600 KVA DG set and taking it to nearest workshop for repair, repairing the door with new hings and nut bolts etc and reassembling the same at existing position & testing for proper opening & closing of the doors, including repair of the locking system if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Any cutting/ drilling / welding work required to complete the entire job is deemed to be include in the quoted rate.
