Supply, install ,testing and commissioning SF6 insulated compact Outdoor type R.M.U. rated voltage 11 KV,rated current 630 A, short circuit breaking current 16 KA and making capacity 40 KA ,fully arc proof metal enclosed, free standing, floor mounting, flush fronted type consists of manually operated non draw out type SF6 module-2 Nos load break switches (Incomers) and 4 No. Vaccum circuit breaker (outgoing) with integrated relays and related CTs as specified below, cable switch module and an interlocking mechanism with the earthing switch all as specified and directed. Degree of protection shall be per manufacturer specifications. (a) Fixed type voltage indicators and electronic short circuit indicators for simple fault indication (b) Resin cast CT with ratio 75/1-1 with 15VA burden class1 for metering and class 5 P10 for protection-Set of three (c) Resin cast potential transformers with ratio 11KV/1.732, 110V/1.732, 200 VA class1 with HT fuses mounted on with drawable rack (d) Self powered microprocessor controlled numeric relay comprising of three over current , one earth fault protection relay with high set for both phase & earth and with fault memory, universal auxliary supply (e) Trip circuit supervision relay

Notes for Item No 01,02 & 03:- (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of all the civil work for necessary foundation please . (ii) Dismantling of Old RCC poles,structure, ACSR Conductor, stay assembly and channels and issue ti contactor as sch of credits are inclusive of quoted rate please. (iii) The quoted rate is inclusive of hard standing with well finished surrounding the RMU. (iv)The quoted rate is inclusive of aluminum tin sead above the angle iron frame of required size of RMU Size of sead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 150 sqmm laid in trenches/floor/duct/fixed on poles/through GI tubing in different locations / areas complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock/soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for returning rock/soil filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing excavated material of rock/soil from site to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. (punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class EHV , type- I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in trench/on wall in repairs GI tubing light grade for road crossing and cable protection of sizes 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 32 mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.
