FOLLOWING WORK BIFERCATION OF 11 FEEDER NO. 4 EMANATING FROM 33/11 KV S/S SECTOR-67, NOIDA IN AREA OF EUDSD-IV, NOIDA :-

Cartage of ST poles 11 mtr long from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/ Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Cartage of other line material such as 11 KV HT XLPE Cable 3x185 Sq.mm. (240 Mtrs.), MS channel (Dropper) 100x50x2000mm (01 No.), MS Top Channel 100x50x2240mm (01 No.), 11KV Com. Poly Pin Insulator (06 Nos.), 11 KV Fuse Set (1 Nos.) etc. from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Fabrication & fixing of MS channel / Angle complete in all respects.

The Excavation of foundation pit in CC road/ mix soil/ normal soil/ soft & hard rack by using heavy duty compressor and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be 600x600x1800 mm for each pole and having a depth of 1/6 of the full length of the support.

Erection of Double Pole on 11 Mtr. long ST Pole for 11 KV line including fixing of all accessories of 11 KV line as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Grouting of each pole (In ratio of 1:4:8 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) in size 450mmx450mmx1800 mm as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Construction of Plinth in size 450x450x300 mm of each (0.285 Cum) pole above the ground level (In ratio of 1:3:6 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 Sq.mm. through open trench, digging of proper trench, laying of above Cable, putting sand around the cable. Fixing of bricks in both sides & top and refilling of trench and its proper ramming including providing necessary loop on both sides, connecting of cable as per site requirement and RESPO norms.

Providing of Holding clamp with bolt & Nuts.

Fixing of above Holding clamp with bolt & Nuts.

Providing of 11 KV Fuse set complete of best quality as per requirement for completion of work due to not available in store.

Installation of above 11 KV Fuse Set with required items complete in all respect.

Providing of 11 KV Outdoor / Indoor jointing kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make suitable for 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm. XLPE cable

Fixing of above 11 KV Outdoor / Indoor jointing kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make suitable for 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm. XLPE cable

CARRIAGE OF NEW 11 KV INDOOR TYPE V.C.B. O/G 300/150/5A FROM GHAZIABAD/ SHAHIBABAD/NOIDA/JE STORE TO SITE OF WORK WITH SAFE LOADING AND UNLOADING AT BOTH ENDS.

LABOUR CHARGES FOR ERRECTION OF ABOVE NEW 11 KV INDOOR TYPE V.C.B. O/G 300/150/5A WITH CONNECTING 11 KV OUTGOING CABLES, FIXING OF EARTHING AND WIRING AS REQUIRED IN VCB, ALL TESTING OF NEW VCB ETC WITH PROPER SAFETY TO COMPLETE THE WORK ETC IN ALL RESPECT.

PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR NEW VCB BRAKER (WITH ALL MATERIAL AND LABOUR) AFTER INSTALLATION RESISTANCE SHOULD BE LESS THAN ONE OHM. AS PER FOLLOWING :- Note :- The all material and labour shall be provided by the contractor with 12 month guarantee for resistance value less than one OHM and should be checked 06 months after proper installation.

Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe type proper hot deep galvanization dia 80 mm length 3 mtr - 50mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for new 11 KV VCB Braker.

Providing and fixing of GI strip of size 50 mm x 6 mm suitable for new 11 KV VCB Braker.

Providing and fixing of PVC Pit covers for above earthing electrode terminals.
