Demolation of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors andpavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approachs, dado/Partitions etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling Floor, Paver Tiles, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description of size exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Chowkats or frames from the opening of size not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cast iron soil waste and vent pipes of any description with fitting and making good to disterbed surfaces.

Taking down or up galvanised steel tubing 15mm bore medium grade and connection and cleaning the same and refixing the same in the same position/other position with all new fittings complete fixed to walls/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Taking down or up galvanised steel tubing 20mm bore medium grade and connection and cleaning the same and refixing the same in the same position/other position with all new fittings complete fixed to walls/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling damaged/unserviceable GI Snap Grid Ceiling Frame Work with Ceiling Boards /wall panelling/ cupboard shutters of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling damaged/unserviceable Galvalume, AC and Fiber Sheeting of any gauge and thickness, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Structural Steel or Mild Steel Work of any description including Framed Truss, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, mixing WPC as per manufacturers instructions, Plastered Surfaces finished Fair and Even, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: WPC will be Measured and Paid under appropriate Item. Area includes in this items upto 4 stories of building.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
