Taking out /Dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description , any position over roof including taking out plain cement concrete of any description to the thckness as directed etc complete and including lowering down complete waste materials to the ground on a place where directed and including removal of the same to a distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr as directed .Note : The cost of lowering down and removal deemed included in unit rtae quoted by the tenderer.

M & L cutting out cracks to ‘V’ section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting and filling solidly with hot mixture of bitumen and dry sand in proportion of 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding laid to slope over roof and surface finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The thickness of PCC shall not be exceeded more than 75 mm at any place

Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3 complete and as directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The cost of form work deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate by the tenderer

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces when concrete is still green including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, surface finished even and fair enough to receive water proofing traetment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening of existing surfaces of roof by picking ,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying neat cement slurrry @ 3 Kg per sqm etc as directed

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ( ISI marked ) as directed.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment over roof with the following operations :- (a) Preparation of plastered surface by cleaning with water and leave the sufaces till to become surface total dry . (b) Applying first coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4Kg / Sqm on plastered surface (c) Applying APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (Minimum thickness) and weight not less than 3kg/Sqm , reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over on primed surface laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacturers instructions and under strict supervision of manufacturer's tenchnical representative (d) Applying two coats of bituminous paint @ 200 ml /Sqm etc complete and as directed. Note : The cost of casting one cement plate of size 600 mm x 450 mm in 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and writing materials as per notes given in Schedule 'A' notes 18 B (i) shall deemed to be included in the unit rate by the tenderer.

Taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing etc complete all as specified and as directed for 15 mm bore

All as per item No. 10 above but 20 mm bore

Supply and fixing, jointing and testing galvanised iron tubing 15 mm bore medium grade ISI Marked with all fittings such as bends, elbows sockets, reduces etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Tata /Prakash / Surya/Zenith

S&F, in repair 110mm bore PVC SWR pipe in any length with rubber ring joint laid in floor and wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F,110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, provided with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work such as stack clamp made of shape and size for 110 mm bore PVC pipe and nut bolts and washers as required and as directed etc complete as directed. Note : The cost of grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 200 mm graded stone aggregates deemed to be included in the unit rate quited by the tenderer.

Dismantling AC sheet ( Corrugated/Semi corrugated ) roofing with ridges as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheet as in roofs with half corrugation side lap fixed with L type or J type hook bolts and suitable washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.24 above but except sheet ( Serviceable sheet obtained from item No. 23 shall be re used )

S&F asbestos cement one piece palin angular ridgre 6 mm thick in pair and as directed Note: Pair shall be measured as one length .

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge any any thickness fixed on roof by any means as directed.

M& L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished smooth and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M& L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces , finished smooth and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparaton of newly plastered surfaces of brick walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for and including removal etc complete and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board of any description, fixed in any position in ceiling and as directed.

M&L for aluminium anodised snap grid ( 600 mm x600mm ) frame work with the followings provisions (a) Main Tee section 36.5x25x1.4mm size (wt not less than 0.24Kg/RM) (b) Wall angle Section allround wall , of size 40x25x2mm size (wt not less than 0.36Kg/RM) (c) Cross Tee section 23.5x26.4x1.4mm size (wt not less than 0.191Kg/RM) (d) Snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling/roof with supporting hangers consisting of 6 mm dia mild steel round bar upto 1200 mm length with help of mild sttel flat iron cleats of size 40x 3 mm and 60 mm long etc complete all as directed.
