Collection, supplying and stacking good quality Red earth without stones, gravel etc., and stacking for pre measurement at places as shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead up to 100 metres and filling in pits etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection, supplying and stacking of Decomposed dry farmyard manure without undesirable materials, stacking the same to at places as shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead up to 100 metres and filling in pits etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Development of lawn including 150mm digging and levelling the surface of the earth, area cleaning, collection, supply & planting Korean grass of good quality including conveyance, cost of korean grass and plants etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

By turfing method

Supply and planting Palm plants/plants/flowering plants/saplings of good quality & healthy appearance with blooming nature etc., including excavation, transportation, planting, and initial watering all as per standard practice and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees etc., in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming hedges, and the unwanted growth of grasses as and when required including running lawn mover, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards shown by the department, watering the trees inside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of cut grass, leaves etc., to the dumping yard. 2. The rate shall also include cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening etc. 3. The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m. area maintained per month. 5. If lawn mover is not used, then recovery at the rate of 20 Paise / Sq.m. will be levied as penalty from RA Bill. 6. Encage minium manpower 07 persons working time of 8 (Eight) hours in day

Maintenance of trees watering by hose from nearby source including adequate watering removal of weeds around the trees, trimming of unwanted branches and disposing the same, forming of basins around the tress and disposal of cut branches etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Encage minium manpower 02 persons working time of 8 (Eight) hours in day

Maintenance of Nursary including watering the plants, mixing garden earth manure, filling pits, preparing potted plants sowing seeds, interculturing propagating seeding and new saplings in polythene bags, transferring it to potted plants later, removing weeds, trimming including disposing of unwanted vegetations etc., transporting cut wild grass etc., in contractor's own arranged lorries to dumping yard and disposing them as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. The rate shall including the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for loading, unloading, transporting of cut wild grass to dumping yard and disposal. 2. For FRFCF plant site dumping yard located outside of FRFCF gate. 3. Encage minium manpower 02 persons working time of 8 (Eight) hours in day

Area cleaning in and around the site by cleaning the bushes, debris, fallen trees, waste materials, garbages etc., collecting, conveying and disposing the same at places as shown by the department with a lead of 100 metres all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
