2.Chipping thoroughly and removing the existing damaged plastering at walls etc., in cm to the required thickness and wherever required without damaging the nearby structures including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site of work, including all labour, tools, equipment, etc., complete

3.Dismantling and removing the damaged Indian type water closet including all accessories, conveying and handing over the serviceable materials if any, to the departmental stores/RSD yard within port premises and bringing the debris to the ground level and depositing within a lead of 50m for disposal, all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete

4.Dismantling and removing the damaged European type water closet including all accessories, conveying and handing over the serviceable materials if any, to the departmental stores/RSD yard within port premises and bringing the debris to the ground level and depositing within a lead of 50m for disposal, all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete

5. Dismantling and removing the damaged wash basin including all accessories, conveying and handing over the serviceable materials if any, to the departmental stores/RSD yard within port premises and bringing the debris to the ground level and depositing within a lead of 50m for disposal, all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete

Preparing the surfaces of walls and plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 CS sand) 12mm thick, for the walls and wherever required, to the required finish, curing, all as directed at site of work including cement and other materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete

7. Providing flooring with Ceramic tiles flooring using first quality antiskid ceramic tiles of size 306mmx306xx and 7mm Nominal thickness (Johnson/Kajaria/Nitco or equivalent) as available in the market and of approved pattern, shade and colour set in C.M1:4 (1cement : 4crushed stone sand) 20mm thick, with required slope and fixed with cement slurry and joints neatly pointed with white cement added with pigment to match the colour of the tiles, curing etc., all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site, including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

8. Providing and fixing Indian type Water Closet (Orissa pattern) (Parryware or Hindware) glazed white vitreous of size 580mm x 410mm (overall) or nearest size as available in the market with necessary 'P' or 'S' trap of approved make and quality fixed in brick jelly lime concrete in volumetric proportion, curing and making good the disturbed portions, including providing 10 litres capacity PVC flushing cistern (Slim line of Parryware or equivalent) with all fittings and fixtures, etc., all in sound working condition, as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, etc., complete

9. Providing and fixing good quality European Water Closet white (Parryware or Hindware) with necessary 'P' or 'S' trap of approved make and quality fixed in brick jelly lime concrete in volumetric proportion, curing and making good the disturbed portions, including providing 10 litres capacity ABS non corrosive polystyrene low level flushing cistern (Slim line of Parryware or equivalent) with 40mm dia flush pipe, plastic seat and cover fixing TW plugs etc., in sound working condition as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, etc., complete

Supplying and fixing C.P brass Health faucet (Metro brand or equivalent) with 1.50m long PVC tube, with necessary accessories in sound working condition, including making the joints water tight and testing etc., all as per relevant specifications and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

10b.Supplying and fixing metro brand or equivalent two way CP bib cock 15mm dia to the PVC waterlines including testing etc., all as per relevant specifications and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete

13.Providing and fixing vitreous white wash hand basin size of 530mm x 440mm or nearest size as available in the market (Parryware kingsmere basin or equivalent) with a single 15mm CP brass pillar tap, 15mm dia PVC inlet connection, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe fittings, a pair of cast iron brackets or anchor fasteners etc as available in the market suitable for fixing the brackets painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer and fixing the brackets with T.W plugs, screws, etc., and making good the disturbed portion all in sound working condition as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all materials labour, tools, equipment etc., complete.

14.Supplying, laying and linking to correct gradient and alignment of 25mm PVC water pipes (conforming to ASTM D 1785 - Schedule 40 pipes) Finolex or Truebore or Varun or equivalent concealing in the wall/floor with all required accessories like tees, bends, couplings, elbows, reducers, unions, etc., and including punching the masonry/concrete wherever required and making good the disturbed portions, joining the pipes, all as per relevant specification and directed at site of work, including cement and other materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete.

15a.Providing, laying and linking to correct alignments and gradients rigid unplasticized pvc pipes 75mm dia (6kgf/cm2-Truebore or finolex or equivalent) for waste water line including cutting and jointing the pipes, punching masonry or concrete, wherever required, making good the damaged portions including conveying the pipes, providing and fixing PVC pipe connections for testing all as per relevant specifications and as directed including all materials, labour, tools, joints, equipments etc., complete

18. Preparing the surfaces of ceiling, beams, etc., and applying with two coats of lovely cem including all materials, labour, scaffolding, brushes, tools, equipments etc., complete

19. Preparing the external and internal surfaces of wall and applying two coats of ACE paint of approved quality and colour to give an even shade over a coat of ACE primer all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, scaffolding, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete

20.Preparing the surfaces of Gypsum board false ceiling and applying with two coats of plastic emulsion paint (Asian make or equivalent) of approved quality and colour to give an even shade over a coat of primer all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, scaffolding, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete

21. Preparing the surfaces of existing steel members and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Asian or equivalent) of approved quality to give an even shade all as directed including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete. NOTE: 1.Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.T. engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient

22. Preparing the surfaces of existing wooden members and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Asian or equivalent) of approved quality to give an even shade all as directed including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete. NOTE: 1.Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.T. engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient.

23. Dismantling and removing the existing aluminium doors with main frame upto 3Sq.m by including carefully removing glasses and both side laminated particle boards etc., wherever required as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete

24. Dismantling and removing the existing aluminium partition with particle board and plain/frosted glass including carefully removing all as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete

25. Refixing the existing aluminium main frames for partitions/doors to the required size including supplying and fixing of necessary accessories like anodized aluminium cleat angles, snapon beedings (clips), fully threaded 75mm long metal screws/rawplugs, metal screws, wooden plugs including drilling holes in the concrete/brickmasonry including fixing the frames in the floor with anchor fasteners, suitable clamps etc., making good disturbed portions and all as directed including all materials, scaffolding, fuel, transport, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

26. Refixing the existing aluminium frames for door shutters to the required size including supplying and fixing of necessary accessories like anodized aluminium cleat angles, snapon beedings (clips), fully threaded 75mm long metal screws/rawplugs, metal screws, wooden plugs filling the hollows of frames with wooden inserts of required length of approved quality wherever required to facilitate fixing of fittings including scaffolding all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete.

27. Fixing in position by using the removed 5mm thick plain glass to the anodized aluminium doors / counter with all accessories like rubber beading etc., as directed including all materials, transport, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete

Fixing in position by using the removed 12mm thick particle board lamination on both sides for the panels of anodized aluminium doors / partition with all accessories like rubber beading and all as directed at site of work including all materials, transport, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete

Providing and fixing colour anodized aluminium sections for Main frames extruded built up standard sections approved make ( INDAL /JINDAL or equivalent) as available in the market, anodized in bronze or chocolate brown (Matt finish) or any other approved colour and shade and finish, according to IS 1868 (minimum anodized quoting of Grade AC 15), with all accessories like anodized aluminium, cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, all other screws/rawl plugs, CP brass screws wooden plugs, etc., including drilling holes in the wooden/masonry etc., wherever required all as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note :1. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust-free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required 2. The Aluminium sections made out of aluminium alloy CorrespondingtoIS733

33. Providing and fixing of colour anodized aluminium sections for Shutter frames of sliding window with extruded built up standard tubular sections of approved make (INDAL /JINDAL or equivalent) with anodization quoting of Grade AC 15), conforming to IS1868 including supplying and fixing necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), C.P. brass screws, handles, locking and sliding arrangements (PVC wheels) etc, wherever required all as per relevant specification, all as shown in the drawing and as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete.

34. Supplying and fixing 5mm nominal thick plain glass of (Saint gobain (or) Modiguard make) for windows and wherever required, all as shown in the drawing or as directed with PVC / Neoprene gasket, snap on beading, glazing clips etc., all as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools etc., complete. Note: The actual area of glass provided alone will be measured for payment purpose

35.Providing and fixing of colour anodized aluminium sections for Shutter Frames of aluminium door with with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make (INDAL/JINDAL or equivalent) as available in the market, anodized in bronze or chocolate brown (Matt finish) or any other approved colour and shade and finish, according to IS 1868 (minimum anodized quoting of Grade AC 15), with all accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded long metal screws, all other screws, handles, locking and sliding arrangements (PVC wheels), all as shown in the drawing and as directed including all materials, labour, tools, transport, equipments etc., complete Note :1.
