Supplying and laying of ready mix for M 25 grade of concrete having characteristic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Sulphate Resistant Cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm downgraded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing]. Including the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge, laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - ( Part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 ( 2005 ) & ( Part 2 ) / 1999 ( 2004 ) and 516 / 1959 ( 2004 ), 4926 - 1976 ( 1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Gravel packing in gaps between cement concrete blocks including cost of gravel and filling charges to full depth and stacking for premeasurements etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size 3.10x0.80m consist of skin plate made out of 12mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and end vertical made up of 100x50mm mild steel channel 2 Nos on both sides, provided with 100mm dia steel Rollers 2 Nos on both sides with 100mm dia MS Rollers 2 Nos on both sides with 2" dia Gun metal bushes and 1" dia roller pin for smooth operation. The shutter lifted with 12mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Providing leakage arrest pipe arrangements made with 75mm dia B-Class G.I Pipe at both ends for required height hanged in chain from the top of the shutter. The bottom seal made up of 75x10mm rubber seal covered with 65x8mm steel flats fastened with required with rust free bolts and Nuts. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 100x100x10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40x40x6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 300x140mm (ISMB 300) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.90m with necessary Fish plate made out of 20mm mild steel plate of size 0.23x 0.30m 2 Nos to place the beam in position including petty civil works and painting with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint with one coat Red Oxide primer etc., including dismantling old beam conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Horn Type Head Set Assembly Heavy duty consist of the bottom and top portions (Approximate 150 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of wheep holes for retaining wall using 110 mm dia PVC pipe heavy duty (PVC Finolex) 6kg/cm2 including cost of all materials, labour charges etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Dewatering using 50 HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund and coffer dam with a lead of 20 KMMR by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching formation of bunds, breaking clods, ramming, sectioning, including Watering and consolidation by power roller and including hire charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with a lead of 1 KMMR by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching formation of bunds, breaking clods, ramming, sectioning, including Watering and consolidation by power roller and including hire charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
