Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.50 meter, including getting out the excavavted soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposit layer by ramming, watering etc. and diposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter. Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 M.Sand: 4 granite chips 20 mm nomoinal size) foundation and plinth.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required Centering complete. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Base work:- Making 8 inch height curb with laterite stone or cement stone filled with crushed stones 40mm 3 inch height plus 6mm 2 inch height plus silica sand and plastering throught the foundation.

Cement concrete block (machine moulded) masonry in foundation and plinth in CM 1:6 with block of size 40cmx20cmx15cm

Supply and install Artificial grass (Bellin-turf, 50 mm pile height) with silica sand and rubber granules in fill at 1:1 ratio (20 mm silica sand 20 mm granules) and including Soccer field line marking will be done with corresponding colour grass as per the direction of engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing of 1 pair of the goal post, made of reinforced powder coated Aluminium profile with welded corners for accurate and sturdy installation. Includes pre-installed net hooks, goal net, hot dip zinc galvanized pole sockets and net height adjuster poles.Goal post Size: 3.60X1.20

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Supplying and fixing fencing nets (garware) of 1.5mm on top and 2.5mm on sides to the structure with all required connectors and necessary accessories

Lighting and electrical (i) Supplying and fixing of 150 W and 200 W LED lights with control switch and lighting DB Supplying. (ii)supplying and fixing of 2.5 mm,3 core submerisble cable from flood control switch. (iii) Lighting DB Controlled by isolator ELCB and MCB for proposed site.

Comprehensive Annual Maintanence contract for 5 year for after expery of warranty period
