Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. S & Delivery of Hi-wall split Air-Conditioner Unit of Capacity as below suitable for operation on 1 Phase 230V 50Hz A.C. supply, complete with refrigerant liquid line and insulated suction line piping with nitrile rubber insulation, electrical cabling between condenser & evaporator.It will have energy efficient compressor having 5 star rating as per latest BEE Energy efficiency ratio, charged with R - 410A refrigerant, having least recommended noise level during operation.( Make - Mitsubishi Electric/O-General )

Installation & Commissioning of Indoor & outdoor unit after making hole in the wall etc as per direction of EIC incl S & F, necessary heavy gauge clamp, duly painted, for supporting outdoor unit & material as per requirement.

Supply and fixing of extra refrigerant copper pipe ( 3/8” and 5/8” ) between the indoor and outdoor units of the Split type AC unit etc as required with 12.5 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation over it along with other accessories on wall.

Supply and fixing of 25 / 26 mm dia. CPVC HD pipe extra as drain pipe for Split type AC / Casset Type AC as required for condensed water.
