Taking down DB/ main switch/sheet metal enclousure of any size and making good disturbed surface of wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Taking out carefully the existing burnt sub main wiring of size 4 Sqm / 6 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded aluminum/copper conductor cable along-with earth continuity conductor from the PVC / rigid steel, concealed/surface conduit and making good the distubed surface all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring (Light, fan, socket) complete including fittings such as switches, Ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets etc removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc all as specified and directed Note:- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Supply and laying Sub main wiring complete with 03 runs (Phase, Neutral & Earthing colour code) of single core 4 sqmm fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated copper conductor cable multistranded and sheathed LT 1100 V grade drawn through and including non metalic regid PVC medium conduit & conduit 20 mm dia ISI marked and allaccessories including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using mechine and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 2 run of 4 sq mm , 1 run of PVC conduit & 1 run of 4 sqmm cable shall be measured as single unit length.

Supply and laying Sub main wiring (concealed) complete with three single core 6 sqmm fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable LT 1100 V grade drawn through in 20 mm dia non metalic regid PVC medium conduit and conduit accessories including 6 sqmm fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using mechine and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 run of 6 sq mm , 1 run of PVC conduit & 1 run of 6 sqmm cable shall be measured as single unit length.

Supply and laying sub main wiring complete with 05 runs ( 3 nos for three phase, Neutral & Earthing colour code) of single core 6 sqmm fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated copper conductor cable multistranded and sheathed LT 1100 V grade drawn through and including steel metalic conduit 25mm dia ISI marked and accessories surface fixed on wall /floor etc all as specified. Note:- 05 runs of cable 01 metre 01 run of PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit for measurement purposes.

M & L for point wiring using 1.1 kV grade single core 1.5 sqmm FR-LSH flexible cable, conforming to IS 694: 2010, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors and insulation for phase, neutral, and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, colour-coded as per IS 11353: 1985, drawn in medium grade UVC surface / recessed conduits, conforming to IS 9537 (Part- 3): 1983, of size not less than 20 mm NB, including cutting chases, factory made not less than 1.2 mm thick sunken, modular flush sheet galvanized metal enclosure haing zinc coating not less than 120 GSM, , conforming to IS 14772: 2000, having top, bottom, side and back-wall knockouts for conduit entry from any direction, suitable modular cover-plates and making good of disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling / floor, etc. complete all as specified in IS 732: 2019 and directed by the engineer-in-charge for One light/bell point controlled by one switch, with cables 1.5 mm² size. Notes- [i] Wiring from the DB (distribution box) to terminal boxes for power plugs, fan regulators, switches, socket outlets, etc. shall be deemed inclusive in the quoted rates.

The earth plate to be connetced with earth lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in para no 4 the earthing test point all as specified and directd.The GI earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level and there after with 40mm dia HDPE pipe up to test point. Taking out old uncerviceable cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1110 volts grade armoured with aluminum conductor of any size from trenches, wall, poles, under floor etc all as specified and directed.

Suplying, laying, jointing and testing of under ground cable XLPE insulated , 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor 3.5 core 35 sq mm laid in trenches/ duct/pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and direected.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
