Laying of Pipeline including Transportation of pipes, pipe fittings from APL’s godown/yard to site, Cleaning & grading, Hauling & Stringing, Excavation of trench up to depth of 4/5 Meters, dewatering, preparation of pipe edges by grinding to make it suitable for welding, welding of Joints, Fixing of cold bends, readymade bends, offset bends etc. (if required), supply and application of two layers of coating and wrapping with approved coating materials/joints sleeves, Trenching, Lowering and backfilling and restoration as per relevant Specification mentioned in this Tender, including supply of labours, consumables, machineries and equipments, backfilling etc.
Boring of road shall be done manually for inserting casting pipe and subsequent insertion of carrier pipe through the casing and maintaining the required depth with the bottom level of the pond. The rate is inclusive of transportation of all the materials from APL’s godown/yard to site, excavation of pit, dewatering, preparation of pipe edges by grinding to make it suitable for welding, welding of pipe joints (carrier and casing pipe), supply and application of two layers of coating and wrapping with approved coating materials/joint sleeves, supply and fixing of Insulator as per relevant Specification mentioned in this Tender, all labours, consumables, machineries and equipments etc. Repairing of pond wall, if damaged during boring.
Boring shall be done manually to avoid the damage of existing shed shed without casing pipe, maintaining the required depth. The cost is inclusive of transportation of all materials from APL’s godown/yard to site, excavation of pit, dewatering, preparation of pipe edge by grinding to make it suitable for welding, welding of pipe joints, supply and application of two layers of coating and wrapping with approved coating materials/joint sleeves as per relevant Specification mentioned in this Tender, supply of all labours, consumables, machineries and equipments, consumables etc. backfilling and restoration etc.
