REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, GALVANISED SHEETING AND OTHER CONNECTED REPAIR IN AOR OF AGE B/R CENTRAL UNDER GE DEOLALI

M&L for taking down carefully existing unserviceable bituminous felt(any number of layers) including plastered lime or cement concrete of any thickness up to the Mother slab and cleaning of the surface of roof trenches including flushing and junction parapets kerb walls PCC fillets benching etc with wire brushes and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exc1.5 K mtrs and depositing where directed at alevel not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified.

M &L for providing 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement for filleting, benching,coving of chajjah top/junctions,padding concrete below roof treatment etc slightly rounded or chamfered on edges wherever required including necessary form work / moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below all as specified and directed :- (a) Providing 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof slab and parapets mixed with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement; finished even and smooth without using extra cement . (b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer. (c) Applying oil based bituminous primer on cleaned surface @ 0.40 Lit/sqm. (d) Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster,weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed. (e) Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the leakages / seepages / defects, if any, to the entire satisfaction of GE. (f) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 liter/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed. (g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer. (h) Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following before and during progress of water proofing work:- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result, if tested in any of the independent laboratory or testing if ordered by GE, the testing charges shall however shall be borne by the contractor.

M&L in repair water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment described as under:- (a) Surface preparation with Asian smart care mortar and GP grout mortar and treating of construction joints, bore packing, filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (Cement ; Sand : smart care multipurpose polymer of Asian Paints or equivalent product of BASF/Fosroc) (b) Cleaning the surface and applying (Resin & Hardner) smart care Epoxy Primer 2k of Make Asian paints or equivalent product of BASF/Fosroc) on the cleaned surface for bonding of PU magnum with the existing concrete surface. (c) Supplying, providing and applying water proofing treatment to Terrace area with Asian Paints Smart care PU magnum, single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied Pure PU coating or equivalent product of BASF/Fosroc) including all necessary surface preparation, coving using smart care multi purpose polymer, water pond test, etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of min 1mm. The coating shall have dual combination of min 250% elongation and >2.5mpa tensile strength. Execution to be done with authorised applicator of the manufacturer using airless spray technology with 7.5HP power and max working pressure of 6750 PSI and company back guarantee to be given by the contractor. Work will be executed in smart assurance system complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate application of 0.8-1.0 kg/sqm on cement concrete pavement as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for building/road and bridge works 2013,using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preperation of Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and Roof cleaning on non accesseble/acceseble roof like mud/leaf/plants etc and Apply two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over membrane over roof surfaces complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed .

M&L for Removing /cutting trees vegetation, digging out roots from concrete or brick wall filling holes on building (roof area not ecx 200 sqm) wall/roof/cajja/water tank staging area etc and making good with smart care repair polymer of Asian paints or equivalent product of Berger/ Nerolac and cement in ratio as specified and directed and then applying external plaster using 10-12mm thick smart care repair mortar of Asian paints or equivalent product of Berger/ Nerolac complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
