Charges for overhauling of micro gear boxes in Main and Aux. Hoist in EOT crane : Charges for draining of oil, Opening of top cover of gear box, complete dismantling, shifting to floor, cleaning all components, inspection of gears conducting DPT, inspection, replacement of bearings and defective components, checking of keys, changing the oil seals, reassembling the gears and components, filling of oil in gear box to the required level, coupling and alignment.(Including T&P hire charges) Note: Bearings, Gaskets and lub oil will be supplied by board. Oil seals, DPT agents and cleaning agent to be supplied by the contractor.

REVISIONING OF BRAKES : All the brakes are to be dismantled, liners to be changed for whichever necessary, reassembling, adjusting and fixing. (Including cost of Special risk charges, insurance etc for working at height above 15 Mtr., Hire charges for T & P such as tools, tackles, higher capacity jacks, holding clamps, slings, higher capacity chain pulley blocks etc and consumables.)

REVISIONING OF BOTTOM AND TOP EQUILIZING PULLIES ( BOTH M.H. AND A.H) AND WIRE ROPES INSPECTION : The pulleys to be dismantled, Bearings to be inspected, Cleaning and Changing of Bearings if necessary regreasing and assembling back. Inspection of wire rope as per IS Standards, magnifying inspection, core condition check, strand elongation, reduction check, strand kink, protrusion, bird caging & bend inspection.
