A) Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Specifications.(Using Vibrator) TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

A) Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 15 c.m x 15c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

A) Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

B) Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

N) Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

76) Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.

J) Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

A) Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

C) Roofing with Galvalium Sheets of 0.47mm thick over cum rafters fitted with “J” Bolts with Tar washers excluding cost of rafters etc. complete 10m2.

H-1) Supplying and laying Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 83mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals ,industrial complexes, road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 83mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over Stone dust of 100mm thick (excluding the cost of M- Sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the M- Sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Conducting Geophysical survey to find out the water table including cost for convey the instrument to the site and other charges

Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another within Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sandstone shale pebbles boulders etc . By first taking a pilot bore of 140mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs, fuel ,labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site (site will be shown by the concerned officers) including construction of mud pit
