(ii) Taking out the existing burnt winding from the motor including rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation. Dismantling of AHU carefully with top panel and side panel unserviceable pedastal bearings, shafts, motor and blower assembling, materialising and machineing the shaft, replacement of existing size of bearings reassembling the new pedastal bearing shaft blower assembly and electric motor and top / side panel in original position with new nut for smooth running all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at Doom Hall.

Material and labour for disconnecting condenser for descaling, plugging them & providing of 15mm tee out let for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) PH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylonbrush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above, to maintaine PH value as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure of capacity 2x14 TR plant complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of water supply installation consisting of electrically operated pump sets of any type & capacity -02 Nos at Rafiya Manzil Pump house (for fresh water) including taking care of any pilfrage/damage and cleaning of pumps/pump house/ pump house surrounding daily in two shifts from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including Sunday and Holiday all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for Item Nos (a) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included cleaning of installatin and surrounding area of pump house, operation of chlorine dosing system, taking care from any pilferage/damage of installation and maintaining documents/ registers, chlorine testing register duty roster and attendance register complete all as specified and directed. (b) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulation including all relevant taxes as applicable. (c) Contractor shall quoted the rates considering their monthly leaves, reliver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of the that day will not be paid, In addition to that a penlaty of Rs 1500/- per day per persons will be recovered from contractor dues. also in case of long absence continously (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the payment of that day will not be paid. The contractor shall have to claim on this account. (d) Contractor has to supply three sets of tools and plants to the labour employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of dapartment, rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the above provision.

Note :- For item No 1,3,67,68,69,85 to 93 (a) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any employes is not available at his working place, he will be treated as absent. (b) Contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith police verification, Aadhar card, Aadhar card linked Bank Account No and relevant documents as mentioned in PS to the Engineer-in-Charge alongwith performance security before issue work order. (c) The payment shall be made to employees on or before 10th of every calender month. Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS through Aadhar card linked Bank Account only and it shall not be less than minumum fair wages as per Act in vogue (d) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by his alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment (e) Contractor has to employ the number of labours per day as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge for which he has to make alternative arrangement. (f) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (g) Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, releiver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of that day will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day per person will be recovered from contractors dues. Also in case of long absence (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered including Sundays & Holidays if any. The contractor shall have no claim on this account.

(j) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in Column No 4 of BOQ due to any reasons / or any manpower held in Department or any policy change contractor should have no claim on that account. (xiii) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost Item No 1,3,67,68,69,85 to 93 i.e Rs 93,42,212.00 , the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (Cover No 2) . (xiv). The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost i.e Rs 93,42,212.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be.
