Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS etc., complete.

Flooring with plain Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, (One Cement and three sand) base mortar over the existing Slab / floor etc., complete .

Dadooing with plain colour ceramic tiles of size 200 mmx300mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply and fixing of M.S.Door as per required size and ISI standared cost includes cost of G.I.Door, fixing charges, Coveyance charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats with oil bound distember of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc., complete.

Painting old wood works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc., complete.

Repairs of man hole chamber R.C.C. Cover slab of size 1.2M x 1.2M x 0.05M forming the trenches inside the chamber with cover slab etc., complete.

Conveyance of old debris from the campus (Such as old cuddapah, ceramic tiles, dadooing wall tiles) is to be dumbed in corporation approved area etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Galvalume sheet roofing with 0.47 TCT using with square tube for truss and purlin including cost of sheet etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 4" dia PVC pipe of approved quality and best variety etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 4" dia PVC tee of approved quality and best variety etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 4" dia PVC elbow of approved quality and best variety etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 4" dia PVC coupling of approved quality and best variety etc., as directed by the departmental officers.
