Providing and laying Priming coat 7Kg / 10 Sq.m over WMM surface using of SSI Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete. Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using of RS1 Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to the site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and blow with 50.30 kgs of VG 30 /bitzumen for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to the site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by vibratory/ roller to the required density etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, vibratory/ rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, Four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (One part cement, Two part of sand and four part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.
