PROVISION OF HIGH MAST LIGHTS QTY 01 (ONE) AT CQA(I) ESTATE LADPUR , RAIPUR, DEHRADUN UNDER GE(I) (P) FY KANPUR.

Amount

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre width and getting out including forming bottom surface & sides to required slope/size as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, and including spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks, old size, kiln burnt, laid with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable, for protection of cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore on pole for cable protection laid in trenches floor or fixed to pole all as directed. Make- ISI marked of any approved make.

Supply and Lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanize steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy Dfuty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3 & 1/2 Core. Make-Universal/Nicco/Asian/Havells/Polycab.

M & L for erection & commissioning of Galvanised High Mast Light suitable for 09 lantern symmetrically fitted and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of not less than 5 mm dia 7/19 gauge and double drum winch with luminaries mounting arm, pulley assembly, aviation obstruction light mounted on aviation bracket, adjustable mounting clamps, docking arms, lightning arrester spike including design & provn of RCC foundation as per height for high mast light and control panel for housing suitable control circuits for automatic switching ‘ON’ and ‘OFF’ of high mast lights and for operation of power tools including provision of 09 Nos 200W LED luminaries (Make : Bajaj Electrical Ltd/ Philips / Crompton Greaves.) comprising of the following main features:- (mentioned in Srl No. I to VI here in after)

(vi) Foundation : RCC foundation with M-25 grade design mix as per height of the pole and bearing capacity of soil at Dehradun (Design mix to be carried out by the contractor after getting SBC of soil design mix to be approved by GE before incorporation in work). Note : (I) Rates quoted above shall also include all necessary civil works including necessary RCC foundation as required for satisfactory completion of the job as per manufacturer recommendations (ii) Cable from the supply source point to control panel shall be measured and paid separately. (iiv) The makes for High mast and Light fittings shall be of same manufacturer and make shall be got approved from GE before procurement action is taken by the Contractor.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead 25X4mm GI strip, (main earthing lead ) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no . 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and cast iron pit cover with frame complete all as specified & directed.
