Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimeter) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading -II using crushed aggregate 13.2 (thirteen decimal two millimeter) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bitumen binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 5.50 (five decimal five) percent of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finsher hydraulic wiht censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for intial break down rolling and vibratory rollar 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pheumatic type rollar of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with type pressure of at least 0.56 MPA (Zero decimal five six) for intermidiate rolling and finshed rolling with 6.8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MORTH specification section no. 500 as per the direction and entire satisfacation of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
