Taking down aluminium point wiring from existing conduit / batten (light, fan, socket or power) complete such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, regulators, socket, light fittings etc and removing material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area ) 1100 Volt PVC Insulated , FRLS unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor cable in and including new PVC Concealed conduit 20mm dia 1.5mm thick for one light / fan point or bell point controlled by one switch (including cutting chases and making good the distributed surfaces) and fixing new 3mm thick hylem sheet top cover, sheet screws and sunken boxes after removing old unserviceable plastic laminated sheeet and sunken boxes included 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor with green PVC Insulation earth contunity conductor connected to common earth dolly etc . complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) for one light /fan/ buzzer point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way Note :(i) The cost of sunken boxes and bakellite sheet is included in the quoted rate) (ii) On RCC roof ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surfaces for any necessary point with proper fixing clips and no extra cost shall be paid for the job etc comleted all as directed.
