Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc all as specified and as directed

M&L pre-cast cement concrete(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery exc 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks,exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as Specified.

Description all as per above item ser No 7.00 but except blocks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth with water proofing compound 3% of cement without using extra cement in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed Note :- WPC sjould be measured & paid seperately

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered wall surface of any description and applayng two coat of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class soft wood clean sawn as in beeding for edges of Ceiling ,lining ,or wooden flooring work fixed with nails exc 6 sqcm and n exc 13 sqcm in section.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for covered fillets of standard hard board not less than 6mm thick and up to 40mm wide and fixing with screws complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in repair for 9mm thick prelaminated particle board medium interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorated choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work as in wall panelling, shelves/boarding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard wood 2nd class factory made wooden boarded floors 10mm thick and skirtings planed one side & edges tonged and grooved or rebated , including backing with thermocol sheets or as specified by manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Excavating in post holes in so(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D-2, (1:3:6) , using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lean conc , sub base ,or mass conc , foundation filling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards,rails, straining bolts,etc.including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Doors, etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel,) sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor of hard standing finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only plastic dividing strips,1.5 mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position confirm to design, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' in floor surface of hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.
