Making bore depth upto 1.50 mtr from GL and carry out CBR value (Soaked/ unsoaked) at 0.70 mtr depth alongwith soil sampling for soil properties at different level etc complete all as specified as per relevant IS code , Note: The work shall be carried out from an agency having minimum five years experience in the respective field and should have conducted at least five soil explorations and report shall be vetted by Govt Engineering college/IIT/HBTI before submission to this office.

Taking down carefully unserviceable of aluminium point wiring complete except for ceiling or where not feasible fan / plug / bell but including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulator etc. and making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface of roof / wall / floor by applying putty, plaster of paris etc. and applying finishing coat of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.
