Material and labour for water proofing with high solids content polyurethene based liquid membrane cold applied coating as per ASTMC 836-89 as under: (a) Surface preparation cleaning the surface and make free of dirt, foregn particle balance followed by grinding all prolusions to make surface modulated thereafter all cracks, construction joints undulation shall be corrected adequetly by standerd procedure with polymer mortar. Water proofing works shall be carried out by approved applicator of the manufacturer and shall be gauranteed against any leakage/seepage for a period of minimum 7 years from date of completion of work. 2. Water proofing treatment shall be extended upto minimum 300mm on the verticle surface of parapet/brick work.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors (below or above ground level) exceeding 15cm thickness and including removing demolished PCC from site exc 500mtr but nexc 1500 mtr depositing where directed.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix medium grade GI tube 20mm dia after cutting in to required length for fixing air termination including fixing arrangements all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for fixing arrangements for GI tube using PCC 1:3:6 C1 (20 mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed .

nd labour inrepairs for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 25x4 mm through GI pipe of suitable dia light grade by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel,with adequate quantity of charcoal and salt, proper watering arrangements including 20 mm dia medium grade GI tubing.PCC chamber,Chamber Cover all as shown in electrical plate no 3of SSr part I 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion. The end point connection of eatrhing will be carried out with the help of GI bolt grouted and washer and nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm burried under ground through GI pipe of 40mm dia light grade with fittings like bend elbow etc including connecting with nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing flameproof weather proof LED panel light fitting 1x30 watt flame proof, CMRI certified complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, Socket power etc) on TW batten / PVC casing capping, surface steel/ PVC conduit including all fitting/ fixtures and making good distrubed surfaces of wall/floor/ceiling etc to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 42 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving item rate for Acceptance.
