STP (CIVIL & E&M WORKS)

MBBR (Moving bed biofilm reactor) Based STP Capacity 150KLD

Design,Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Sewage treatment plant based on MBBR process for total sewage handling capacity 150 KLD capacity in one streams. The plant shall be Pre/Site wired and with all Power and control cables to all Pumps and equipment including all instrumentation for motor, panel etc. STP shall be designed as water retaining structures in MSFRP. All equipment, piping, pumps, blowers and electrical panel to be housed in a plant room with all associated civil work etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The STP shall be designed based on the following parameters:Raw Sewage (Mentioned Characteristics and Relavent Norms CPCB etc.)

Sewage treatment plant shall include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the following items

Contractor shall ensure submission of Detail GA Drawing (Plan & Section) P& I Diagram, Flow diagram, Design Calculation of all elements of the Plant, Schedule of Equipment, Electrical Power load of Equipment, Electrical Mechanical Shop Drawing related to STP work

Contractor shall include all electrical & mechanical items as required to operate the system and also include in his rates level controller, electrical wiring cables earthing main control panel and connection to be various equipment’s, earthing, earthing strips cable, cable tray other accessories complete as required. Only main power supply upto the STP main control panel shall be provided by the owner through other agencies. The specifications for Electrical Panel given below.

PRETREATMENT DEVICES AND PLANT ACCESSORIES

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Manual SS 304 Coarse Screen (Approx area 1-1 sq mtr) MS EP of 10 mm spacing between the bars /perforation with suitable lifting arrangement With bars thickness of 5 mm.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of set of Float Type level sensors, display with cabling for complete run of equipments in automation (To be provided for all the tanks).

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT: PUMPS, BLOWERS etc.

Equalized waste water transfer pumps:

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fully Submersible type pump centrifugal non-clog open impeller pump for raw sewage transfer from equalization tank, capable of handling solids of 15 to 20 mm having CI casing & CI / SS impeller, SS/ CS shaft complete with all accessories, motor of required capacity. Delivery header with presure gauge, header drain with valve, isolation valve, NRV, level controller along with Control Panel (with probe & wiring to control the level of sump automatically) and other accessories as required.Delivery header will be made in such a manner that any pump can be diverted to any stream. Necessary valve and piping will be done accordingly.

Raw sewage Transfer Pump

Flow rate (each) = 7.5m3/hr

Provision of guide ropes & lifting arrangement to guide submersible pump from upper level to operational level in sump basin with channels / angle section shall be made by the STP contractor. (If Required)

Sluge Recirculation Pumps

Flow rate (each) = 4m3/hr

Head = 10 Mtr

Qty = 1 W + 1 SB

Air diffusion system Blower Blower speed -1500RPM

Twin lobe rotary air blowers capable of delivering 200 M3/Hr. of free air at -.5Kg/sq.cm. driven through “V” belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFCmotor of suitable HP Suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles A/C supply (Actual Blower Flow Rate to be as per vendor design and same to be approved by consultant)

Air diffusion system, Piping and fitting.

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of Non clog coarse/ fine bubble DISC TYPE air dispersion system as per requirement capable of handling 3-5 cfm air with oxygen transfer efficiency of 3-4% per/meter water depth for MBBR Tanks).

Air dispersion grid shall be assembled in modular form so that they can be replaced/repaired easily from platform at the top.

Air dispersion system shall be provided for MBBR Tank (1&2), Equilisation & SHT Tank.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of MBBR Media made up of vergin PE construction with the surface area of media shall be 400 M2/M3 of media. The loading rate of media should be 15-16 gram BOD per M2 of surface area. (Location : MBBR Tank 1&2).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Block type pre-fabricated Tube Media with weight load factor for strength to be minimum 50 kg/ft2. (Location : Clarifier Tank 1&2)

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of Mild Steel (Class 'B') (heavy duty) pipe for air diffusion system conforming to IS:1239- 1982 complete with mild steel fittings i.e. tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, supports & clamps along with nitrile rubber padding at clamps including epoxy coating on the pipes with desired shade of colour coding over a coat of primer [Air piping above water].

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning piping complete with fittings such as tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, supports & clamps, upvc connecting pipe for submerged air piping. [Submerged Air piping].

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of CI Butterfly Valve with including all fitting & accessories PN. 10 Rated. 50 mm dia and above of required sizes.

Butterfly valve with accessories

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of Ball Valve including all fitting & accessories [For Air Piping].

Ball Valve with Accessories 40 mm dia to 20 mm dia

Providing and fixing all piping (for water, as described below) for making the system complete.

MS B-Class piping for Transfer of Pumps: Header of pumps & their discharge header and dischare line for flushing .

Centrifugal water pumps

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of Horizontal centrifugal filter feed water pumps CI Head & Base, CI Impler Shaft SS/ CS along with TEFC induction motor 2900 RPM suitable for 415±10% /50 cycles per second with following capacity volts, pressure gauge with isolation cock, Isolation valve, NRV on delivery line. Isolation valve, strainer at suction, Mechanical seal, suitable vibration elimination pads of approved design, drain pipe with valve (25 dia.) for the pump.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of filter vessel with od 50mm . Filter shall be suitable for working pressure of 3 kg / cm2 and test pressure of 4.5 kg/cm2 shall include media, standard fittings like pressure gauges, sampling cock, backwash, rinse drain, vacuum breaker with CI individual Butterfly Valves PN-10 with complete accessories. Dish End to be 8 mm & Shell Thickness to be 6mm & HOS to be 1800 to 1875 mm.Internal surface of tank with epoxy coating & external surface with primer and anti corrosive paint

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Screw pump to feed slurry to Filter Press Machine 2 nos (1 working+ 1stand by)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Manual Filter Press, M.S outer body duly epoxy coated with PP Plates of 24" X 24" Sizes - 23Nos or as required, P.P cloth with T.E.F.C, Squirrel cage induction motor, 1440 RPM, complete. For dewatering the activated sludge suitable for 150 KLD Unit

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION FOR STP - Common for Both the Streams ( Approved by our electrical consultant. )

POWER AND MOTOR CONTROL CENTRES:

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following MCC panels suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz power distribution system. The panel shall be Indoor IP-42, free standing, floor mounting, sheet metal clad, cubicle.

Cable Trays :

Supply, installation of ladder type/perforated type cable trays of the following sizes fabricated out of perforated hot dip galvanised MS sheets of minimum 2 mm thick with 75 mm flange to be installed horizontally or vertically. The cable tray shall be complete including cost of bends, elbows, cross, tees, reducers etc as per drawings/site condition and rate shall include cost of supports, fasteners, screws, nuts, bolts and misc. other fixing hardware painting of support structure etc as required.

Supply, installation of earthing for STP equipment and Panel with calculation and SLD.

Miscellaneous Works

Different works to complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
