SPECIAL REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT OF PATH LIGHTINGS AT VARIOUS PLACES AT INS KARDIP, KAMORTA AND PROVISIONING OF DRAINAGE NEAR ARMY ACCOMMODATION AT INS KARDIP, KAMORTA

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying or passing through pipe LT, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable conforming to IS:7098 (Pt-I)-1988, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 2 core with necessary fixing arrangements such as lugs, glands and terminal etc including connecting/testing after taking out unserviceable LT UG cable from trenches/ pole complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 50 mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting the existing bituminous road/cement concrete surface to the required width and depth for laying UG cable/pipe and making good the disturbed surface of road/path to even surface to match with existing level of road using cement concrete and removing and depositing the debris to a place complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Plain Cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply & fix in repairs 50 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc including clamps, nut, bolt and washers etc after taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair hot pressed moulded SMC junction/terminal box of internal diemension of 200x140x95 mm and hinged door,including 01 No 4 way connector 415 Volt, 63 Amp, made out of polycorbanate or bakelite with DIN bar,drilling holes for cable connections connecting incomming and or out going cables by providing cable luggs/glands of suitable size fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of suitable sizes,duly painted with two coats of red oxide zince primer complete all as specifiedand directed. Make : Sintex/L&T/Havells or equivalent

Supply and fix in repairs LED bollard light with pole 10 watt, 240 volt with aluminium body pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser IP-65 protection with inbuilt LED chip and driver, accessories prewired and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.
