M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6.

Material and labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering

M&L hardcore of broken stone of boulders gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&l for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete as in plinth protection.

M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batter and for fair finished surface

Removing excavated material soft/ disintegrated rocks exc. 50 m but n exc 250m and directed.

Removing excavated material soft/ disintegrated rocks exc. 1.5km but n exc 5km and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fugal paint (Apex) over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete.
