Comprehensive maintenance servicing and testing of solar water heating system of 500/750/1000 Ltrs capacity including washing, cleaning of water carrying pipes, scaling inner surfaces with anti scalant liquid solution and make it fully functional of solar water heater system includung other minor repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED of 60W street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in Repair of LED street light of any size, Dismantling for repair Checking for the connections changing of adapter, Refixing the same on original position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply And Laying in repair 10 Sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated, steel armoured, 1100 Volts grade in trenches / ducts / through pipes / on poles / roads fixing to the poles through clamps and connecting up, testing and commissioning including taking down old unserviceable LT UG cables, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work, cable covers, sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this schedule.

M&L for painting of steel tubular 7.5 mtr long poles after preparing old paint surfaces with two coat of Aluminium paint and two coats of zebra marking with enamel paint of approved make from ground level & upto 1 mtr high including white washing the coping and painting the pole terminal box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation in Repair of multi crystaline modules 24 Volt, 250W Ps per MNRE specs including installation and internal wiring UV protected wires 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor from module to inverter Room complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable and foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing dry river washed sand in trenches as sand cushioning to U/G cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm for soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair automatic light timer switch with nature switch, infra ray sensor with pre dawn switching off timer, 8 hours of max load capacity of 4KW per phase. Degree of protection confirms to IP 65. Contactor rating - 40 Amps, MCB rating - 63 Amps, 3 Phase with max load 12 KW complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sheet metal enclosures distribution board where MCB to be used without but bar CL-IP-43 240V, 2 way single pole & neutral link & mounted on pole with clips properly complete as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement GI tubing light grade incl. accessories for protection cable of size 40mm Bore complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement , bracket made out of 25 mm dia galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5 m long including bending if required as directed,02 nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40X6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts complete.(Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for nut and bolts, fitting fixtures etc.)

Supply & Fix in repair MCB single pole, 6 - 32 Amps 240V in `C’ series having current rating 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair cable FR PVC insulated PVC sheathed with multi stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sq mm 2 core and connecting to the street light feeder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LED flood light fitting 120 W for high mast lighting sys tem IP66 POC flood light aesthetically designed with better thermal management complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete.

S & F in repair Bolard Led Light 10W, IP 66 Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PP-R Gate valve (brass insert) used in solar water heater complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying bricks of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specifed and directed.
