Providing, laying, spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/ subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density. ( including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. ( including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. ( including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from right of way with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 ( including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

PART B Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17-02-2024 Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly.

1st year-maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous Work (including labour, material, T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year-maintainance cost 1.50% on Bituminous Work (including labour ,material, T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year-maintainance cost 3.00% on Bituminous Work (including labour, material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year-maintainance cost 4.50% on Bituminous Work (including labour, material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year-maintainance cost 6.00% on Bituminous Work (including labour, material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.Labour cess but excluding GST)
