1.) Construction of Cremation Shed at AD Colony Burial Ground at Ramanaickenpalayam Panchayat. ITPHDS 2024-25 Package No 1 /2024-25

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling Msand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Refilling with excavated earth as per standard specifications etc complete

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bicks including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for curing, compacting etc., complete.

Supply & Fabrication of steel including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for etc., complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports for all Rcc works etc.complete

Centering Sides & Lintel beam

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm metal for all items including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc complete.

Providing the following thickness of Granolithic pattern floor finish with Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed. Rate for 10 m2

Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. - Rate for 10 m3

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Painting in two coats using exterior emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Fire Resistance Clay Brick Work in White clay using Fire Resistance Clay Bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
