Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel, PCC or RCC) embeded in concrete of any section, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground.

M & L cement concrete D2 type 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregates) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L precast reinforced cement concrete in type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggragates) as in precast fencing post and struts, size exc 75 and n. exc 250 Sq cm average or any sectional area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clipscomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders binding with MS wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail with straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only inrepair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail with straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel, angle or similar type of work of any description not otherwise provided for all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel angles or any other section in swan neck as required for cause way/ and similar work including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe 410 W(Gde E 250) quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars and coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour walling of random rubble, uncoursed stone masonry well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.12 here in before but except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolitinon of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided forcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B - 1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in PCC coping, bed blocks and similar articles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking off and removing rubbish of glass coping on top of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping by using broken glass at the rate of 10kg/Sqm fixed over 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 layer on top of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble uncoursed stone masonrycomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour raised pointing to random rubble uncoursed stone masonry in CM 1:4, uncourses or brought upto coursed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonary including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced)in ground floor and paving n exc. 15 cm thickness below above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thik PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floors, path and pavings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thik PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection by finishing surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound bituminous grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150mm thik PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floors, base, sub base, path and pavings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushining under floor or interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking tile paver block any shape and size and pointed in mortar if required confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment.

Moorum filling in berms of roads laid in layers in n.exc 15cm thick, spread, leveled and rammed including watering and consolidation with light roller of capacity all as specified & as directed. Note : 10% for voids shall be deducted from finished measurements complete all as specified and as directed.
