Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from the disturbed span including line spacer and unserviceable material removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/defective (Pin type, Shackle type) insulators of any size/type and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections, etc, including mild steel bolts, nuts, washers, etc. and removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and laying light grade GI pipe (ISI Marked) as cable protection to be fixed on wall / pole with necessary clamps as per existing or in road crossing as ordered of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of MS clamps required to be fixed on pole).

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables conforming to IS 7098(Pt-I)-1988, heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor laid in trenches or passing through pipe of cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.50 core with all fixing & connecting accessories complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- (i) Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate quoted by the bidder shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of aluminium thimbles/lugs glands, terminal of suitable sizes."

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Consolidated punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks of size 230x113x75mm, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in repairs out door type LT panel of 1500x1400x500 mm size, padestal mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally encloses, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.90 m long. duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Plat form made out of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 100 mm thick, 1 Mtr all round the panel board complete with the following items:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 25 KA, 100 Amp- 01 No. (Incommer) (Havells Cat No - IHLANF0100) (b) MCCB 4 Pole, 25 KA, 63 Amp- 03 Nos (Outgoing) (Havells Cat No- IHLASF0063) (c) Phase indicating lamps (R-Y-B) -01 Set (d) Multifunctioning meter with necessary CTs

Supply and fix in repair, Street light cable junction box made of polycarbonate, of size 155x210x92mm suitable for 10-16 Sqmm cable ''halogen free and weather proof', for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) IP-66 protection including short cable entry gland tread type with lock nut, four way bakelite terminal with brass studs and nuts, GI flat strip clamps of size 25mm X 3mm with bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with MCB one 06 Amps inside the junction box complete all as specified & as directed. (Make: HENSEL Cat No. KF 1616 G or equivalent approved make)

S&F MCCB 125 Amps, 4 Pole, 18 KA, Ics = 100% (Icu), 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, suitable for existing LT panel/feeder pillar including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Cat Part No: L&T cat No CM90677OOLO or equivalent approved model)

M&L for Earthing in repairs complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected with GI strip with 32 x 6mm earth lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering and GI 40mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 50mm thick RCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bar 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and necessary test point made out of 16gauge MS box with porcelain insulators, funnel, wire mesh etc and testing on completion all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of old painted surfaces of poles of height 9 to 11m by means of scrapping cleaning etc and preparation of surfcaes and applying applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer including channels and angels complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Busbar chambers 4 way 100 Amps outdoor type (IP65/66) pole mounted including provision of fixing on pole by means of suitable size of clamps with nuts and bolts including neccessary connection including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified. Make: Havells cat part No. IHBC010004 or equivalent approved.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild round steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns/ to fix chain link fencing, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directe.d

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends to be fitted with washers and on hexagonal or square nuts n.exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs complete all as specfied and as directe dby the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC coated chain link of 50x50mm mesh size and made out of 3.15mm dia (2.15mm dia wire and 1mm thick PVC coating) conforming to IS fixed to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer applied over 3mm thick superfine Birla or altek wall care putty finish including complete removal of existing treatment/preparation of new surfaces preparing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair star white vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) EWC, of size 520x360x390 mm with 'P' or 'S' trap, including fixing bolts, Plastic water closet seat and cover, closed pattern with flat bottom, and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, making all necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ESSCO Cat part No. ECS-WHT-551PS or equivalent approved.

Supply and fix in repair 10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cistern(white), syphonic action type, with inlet, ball valve, float, handle, fixed with cast iron bracket (of suitable size) and providing 32mm dia PVC flush pipe and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ESSCO Cat part No. ECS-WHE-WHT-183L or equivalent approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore pillar taps, fancy type with long neck with aerator cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with long screwed shanks, fly-nuts, with screwed for GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ESSCO Cat part No. SQT-508KN or equivalent approved complete all as specified and asi directed.

Dismantling old PGI/CGI sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital, Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia including ridge etc and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc silicon finished with resin coat on both side @ 70 grms/Sqm GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc silicon finished with resin coat on both side @ 70 grms/Sqm GI based plain steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley, eaves etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
