Conducting physical survey of area with GPS/GIS enabled total station survey on 10000 scale showing all permanent/temporary structure, roads, electrical, telephone & HT line, sewerage, water line drainage periphery road, manholes, trees, (Name shape and size/spread) water bodies, railway line properties taking reduced levels as per direction and requirement of Engineer-in-charge. a) Controlling of area to be surveyed, showing dimension of outer sided, diagonal, angles, coordinate along with latitude and longitude, coordinates with reference to some permanent structure and the surrounding roads. b) Calculation of area, surveyed-grid wise with at least software. c) Supplying information on ten sets of print and ten sets of soft copy on CD i/c software. d) Satellite images photograph of desired size on hard copy as well as CD. e) Mark the taps litigation land on plan as well as on ground. Note: After handing over the site the agency will submit the TDS Report (1st Report) within 10 Days. If agency not submitted the report within 10 Days the penalty of Rs. 1000 per day will be imposed.
