Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm (3.8 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 25.84kg , with board support angle 35x35x6mm - 3.5 mtrs 3kg/mtr = 10.5kg and anchor flats 0.5kg) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 90 cm equilateral triangle . (including cost of angle iron towards cost of drilling holes , nuts , bolts etc.,)

Providing and erecting overhead signs with a corrosion resistant 2mm thick aluminium alloy sheet with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lens type with vertical and lateral clearance given in Clauses 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per Clause 802.7 over a designed support system of aluminium alloy or galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans-Aluminium alloy plate for over head sign.

Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after thorough cleaning of surface to give an even shade.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supply and installation of solar powered LED Amber blinkers 24 hours operation with Ultra bright Amber/ Red Solid State LED's. the operating voltage is 24 V and the battery and the LED's array enclosure is 300 mm dia with protection glass. The system shall blink 30 blinks per minute. Battery shall be of SMF and expected life shall be 2 years and panel life shall be expected 10 years. The visibility shall be 800 mts. The blinker shall be fixed in G.I. pipe class B of 4" dia reduced to 3" dia G.I.pipe class B. the rate shall include fixing below ground level of 1.20mts depth embedded in CC 1:2:4 of size 50 cm X 50 cm, pipe painted with primer and two or more coat enamel paint of required colour all as directed

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)

Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / ABS moulded body and relfective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement makers shall also confirm the lengh, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The market shall support a load of 13635Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORTH&H circular and two cylindrical Polymer Shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortor all as per the MORTH Circular No. RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt. 11.06.97.
