Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light/fan/socket/ power) complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses pendents, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge

Taking down unserviceable any type of Main Switch, industrial sockets, DB's including MCBs incl wooden/GI/MS sheet board,removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors and ceiling etc. to match with the original existing finish all as directed etc all as directed.

Point wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area), single core, flame retardent low smoke (FRLS), PVC insulated and un sheathed cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade, suitable for light/bell/fan point terminated in and including mild steel terminl boxes covered with new 3 mm thick HYLAM Make plastic laminated sheet and controlled by one switch including flame retardent low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated un sheathed multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area)single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The cost of making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with the adjacent surfaces shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Bulk head luminaires ,1X10 Watts with IP 65 & heat resistant complete prewired .complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs lamp holder ,PVC / Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittingscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI wire 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3, including exc & earth work in any type of soil, disposal of soil, providing alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, construction of pcc earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funneland wire mesh and wateing pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed at site. Dismantling ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep of any make & type, cutting and taking out old burnt windings, cleaning thoroughly, rewinding the fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of necessary allied insulating material like vanish, sleeves, insulation sheet etc. reassembling and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting from socket out lets Split type AC of capacity upto 2 ton of any brand, servicing by dusting, cleaning of indoor and out door units, rectifying gas leakage by applying necessary brazing, adjusting and rectifying faulty operation of elect and electronic remote control panels, replacing of perished elect wires for proper connection from voltage stablizer, reinstalling the units to its original position, replacement of remote cell and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting from socket out lets Split type AC of capacity upto 1.5 ton of any brand, servicing by dusting, cleaning of indoor and out door units, rectifying gas leakage by applying necessary brazing, adjusting and rectifying faulty operation of elect and electronic remote control panels, replacing of perished elect wires for proper connection from voltage stablizer, reinstalling the units to its original position, replacement of remote cell and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting elect connections of refrigerators of capacity upto 310 ltr from wall socket, servicing by dusting, cleaning of the appliance in all respect, rectfying gas leakage by applying necessary brazing, defrozing of the deep freezing unit, replacing of perished elect wires for proper connection from voltage stablizer/ wall socket, reinstalling the units to its original position, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging refrigent gas R-22/307 in Acs , refriferators etc installed at various buildings including brazing and testing to the satisfaction of Engr in charge complete all as specified.
