Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars of grade Fe 500d, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab and similar work including necessary formwork set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry , built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete pipes 450mm bore, Class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 KM but n.exc 5 KM and deposited where directed at contractor's own arrangement out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : If distance exceeded beyond 5 KM at outside MOD land in any unexpected circumstances during removal of excavated materials, the cost for the same shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account by Govt.

Rough excavation not exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but exc 1.5m deep and not exc 3.00m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but exc 3.00m deep and not exc 4.5m deep and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at al level n. exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L formwork to soffits of suspened slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to edges of concrete flats, tread, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railing, opening in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1: 1 1/2 : 3, type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L loose filling with broken stone or boulder of size 50mm to 150mm in layers n. exc 15 cm as in filter bed complete all as specified and directed

M&L Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard, bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed, balusters, walk way, railing, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specically provided for and removing the debries (obtained from demolition) outside of MOD land without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 brick laid on edge in drain and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

M&L flush pointing to brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material exc 250 m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed

Cutting channels, grooves or rebates in cement concrete paving with or without reinforced n.exc 40cm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hard core of broken stone of guage not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any poistion not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
