Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. a) Brick on flat soling

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) A) 112mm thick brickwork a) In cement mortar prop 1:4

10 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. b) In cement mortar - prop 1:4

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side b) In cement mortar - prop 1:4.

Colour washing/ cement washing/ distemper a) Colour washing with lime on wall surface (two coats) over and including a priming coat of white washing to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Upto 1st floor level) b) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SAI/BISCON/THERMAX) (For Assam Type Bldg., drain works,,retaining wall&boundary wall etc. .

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. Removing old paint from the existing gate Synthetic enamel paint, aluminium paint / bituminus paint on steel and other metal surfeces. i).Removing old paint from steel and other metal surface and making the surface even. a) with hand scrapping

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing/ wire mesh fencing including posts, foundation concrete, backfilling of pit by manual means including disposal of dismantled material with its lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable material and unserviceable material separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Supplying, fitting & fixing of galvanized iron barbed wire fencing with five strands of barbed wire 12SWG x 2pile x 4 points at 75mm apart fitted to angle iron post made of angles 50 x 50 x 5 mm to be fitted with necessary straining I-bolts & staples etc. The angle iron posts of 1125 mm long are to be embedded firmly 375 mm inside RCC post of brick boundary wall 2500 mm apart. The top exposed portion of the angle to be fabricated with outwar5d bends (at 45* angle) at 450 mm from top as directed and specified.
