Repairs to sea side security fencing, security wall, compound walls gates boundary wall etc in the area of AGE B and R I at Naval Station Karanja

Disamntling RCC post or struts any section , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded concrete including cleaning and cutting of grass,shurbs,bushes etc.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised PVC chain link fencing 80x80mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 3mm dia ms wire and 1mm thick PVC coating through out and fixed to post all as specified and directed.

All as item No 3 but except fencing

S&F Round bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirupps spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia confirming Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165).

S & F Mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal screw heads at one end & screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed endsto be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nuts, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for hand-rail straight portion. Drilled and countersunk for balusters, running bars, for doors, balusters nosing to steps including in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts: posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling, holes notching for wire, etc: flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2(40mm graded aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed fixed in repairs.

S&F in repair punched type concertina coil 600mm dia, as per IS 6745-1972, 3.0mm core wire heavy galvanised (confirming IS 280-2006 zinc coating 240 gms/sqm) with galvanised coating and punched type material as per IS deep drawn quality with galvanised coating having large barbs fixed in position and secured to fence posts/ Y-arm stretched to a length so as to achieve 600mm dia as in fencing including fixing with GI fastners such as J, C, U+- clips fixed at any height of security fence or wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
