Dismantling clearing away of doors & windows including removal of frames, hinges and fastenings including clearing the debries as shown by the departmental officers.

Dismantling clearing away the existing damaged weathering course and pressed tiles and removing all debries from the site of work and depositing the same in the place as shown by the departmental officers.

Clean removal of cement plaster from the wall surface carefully to any height and clearing the debries as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling clearing away plain cement concrete and clearing the debries as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the brick masonry in cement mortar under 3mm height clearing away the debries from the work site and depositing the same at the place as shown by the departmental officers

Removal of cut stone slabs flooring numbering and stacking and without hinderence to stone slabs as directed by the departmental officers and clearing the debries at site of work.

Refixing cut stone flooring slab with available stones as per the existing pattern and redoing the original condition and pointing in Lime mortar 1:1.5 as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for old stone dressing for old cut stone slab for cut stone flooring with single line dressing without hinderence and damages to cut stones as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth within the compound in places shown by the departmenal officers and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. Complete complying with standard specification

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10(One of cement five of sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation and basement including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing, laying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in following cement mortar 1:5 using best quality of country bricks of Size 8 ¾ x 4 ¼” x2 ¾” for foundation and basement including cost and conveyance charges of all materials to site and including labour charges and incidental charges curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Ground floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick in all floors including the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, finishing etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with Lime Mortar 1:1.5, 12mm thick including the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, finishing etc, complete complying with standard specifications. The lime used should be sourced which is highly iron fortified sutitable for structural and masonry work.

Weathering course concrete with broken jelly 20mm size and pure unslaked lime over RCC roof slab, the proportion being 32:12.5 for required depth for giving required slope and thickness of roof, well beaten with wooden beater using lime Jaggery water constantly wetted etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Lime Mortar 1:2 (One lime and two Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of lime used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of best quality well seasoned country wood for temple wood work plank 9" to 15" width and frames upto 6" thick for door frame including wrought and put up and all labour charges as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing teak wood temple type door using well seasoned best quality teak wood including wrought and put up all materials, labour charges and fixing in position including all furniture fittings making grows in the frame and door shutter for housing the shutter etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats with synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat including brush, labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Clean removal of old paint from the surface of wooden door and Repainting old wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and color over one coat of primer in all floors include cost of all materials, brushes scaffolding charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill gate, grills for doors and windows welding, grinding and including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Clean removal of old paint from the surface iron work and Repainting old iron works such as gate, steel doors windows ventilators with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing zinc chromate yellow primer in all floor etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Scaffolding charges for Vimanams and gopurams with casurina posts coconut or plam trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing ladder arrangements, country wood plank for working, inspection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintainance and removing the same on completion of the work.

Scraping the decayed lime plaster from the surface of Vimanams and Gopurams, carefully including isolated bricks or brickwork without damaging the vari vargams, racking out the joints, cleaning the surface with water, including all working in height, hire charges for special tooks, brushes complete superficial area including all folds

Providing vargapoochu over the core walls of vimanam/ gopuram with Lime Mortar 1:1.5 (One lime , one and half sand) complete including shaping the mukapathiram, maha nasi, koou all ornamaental works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks or shaped chiseled bricks rough plastering with Lime mortar 1:1.5 and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam threervai including cost and conveyance of all matrials labour therefore , lifting of materials all working in heights curing with water etc. compltete including all extra for folding and including clearing the debris from vimanam/ gopuram complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulsion paints complete for the Vimanams/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of materials, cost of brushes etc, complete which including all extra for foldings 100 sft, superficial area

Vimanam /gopuram of ht. upto 15'0" excluding Kalkaram

Cleaning the stone surfaces by water wash such as wall stones, pillar, pothiyal, uthiram, flooring and pavukkal from white wash/colour/ wash painting including cost of necessary soap/ brushes labour charges for cleaning etc.,all complete as directed by the department officers.

Pointing the cut stone flooring and masonry work with lime mortar 1:1.5 excluding cost and conveyance of cut stone but including all labour charges scaffolding etc complete with standard specifications. The lime used which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Flooring with new cut stone slab of size 600mmX600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and lobour charges for paving and Pointing With Lime Mortor1:1.5 etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Scraping of old plastered surface and painting two coat with approved water based exterior emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface over priming coat including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc. complete as per standard specification.
