Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr depth for laying of underground cable, erection of poles etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil including separating serviceable bricks for re-use at site obtained during excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exc 50mtr distance and depositing where directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches all as specified..

Laying only un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid Note :- Serviceable cable cover obtained from Ser Item No 1 shall be reused.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches fine crushed sand by gently by punning down manually as in cable protection all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking out only old unserviceable underground cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor LT 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core 400 sqmm, fixed on pole, wall and laid in tranches etc after disconnecting complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seprately)

Supply and installed factory made feeder pillar box complete made out of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick duly painted internally/externally powder coated with paint including 4 Nos busbar (3 phase) made out of copper strip 32 x 3.5 mm with front door operated (size of feeder pilar box 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.3 m) on suitable size of PCC foundation complete with including taking down old UNSV feeder pillar box of any description/specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs stainless steel cable glands required for cable entry in Panel of size from 10 sqmm to 50 sqmm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix analog time switch FM/1 Quartz, supply voltage 240 Volts 50 Hz, Type- QT(DAILY) of Cat No J648B1-1 of Make L&T.

M&L for testing of old earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to Engr -in -charge all as directed. Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 20Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted.

Material & Labour for service cable of PVC insulated unsheathed weather proof twin core aluminium standed conductor 4 Sqmm 1100 volts grade for street light service cable as directed.

Supply only 2.5 Sqmm weather proof flat, single core stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade for connecting street/Security light complete including connection and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 8/9watts LED Bollard Garden light fittings with efficient high output LED, Pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser , driver nuts, bolt, washers, base plate, foundation 0.3 Meter x 0.3 Meter x 0.3Meter by PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates of size including excavation and earthwork, provision of GI bend of size 50 mm dia in the PCC for cable entry , the Fitting Shall Conform to Cat No - CONEBL8WLED857SSYMTOPC of Havells or Equivalent from Bajaj/Jaguar/Wipro Note : A sum of Rs 34685.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducated to arrive the contract sum.
